I have been meaning to email you to say thanks for the fantastic service you provided a couple of weeks ago. I really appreciate the fact that, without any prior warning, you were able to provide a technician to remove our underfloor heat pump, within 40 minutes. It was very much appreciated, and Joe was just great - as he had been when he installed our system 5 years or so ago.

The builders did not give me any notice of the need to have the heat pump out of the way, so you being able to oblige so willingly was just great. I will make sure they give me more notice next time, and will try to book your installer a couple of days in advance.
